Morgan is an Audit Partner in Victoria, BC and has over 12 years of experience serving listed entities reporting in both the US and Canada and non-listed clients in a variety of industries. In addition to working with clients in Victoria, Morgan also regularly works with large, multi-location global audit clients based in Vancouver, BC. She has significant experience with IFRS, internal control audit and securities offerings. Morgan’s breadth of experience allows her to assist companies as they grow, mature and face complex business issues. She also has significant experience developing and teaching courses for KPMG in many topic areas including: IFRS, ASPE, PCAOB and Canadian Auditing Standards and utilization of IT in the Audit.
