Lauren Craft

Lauren is an Associate in the Toronto North office of KPMG Law. Her practice encompasses estate planning, family law and corporate law.

Lauren provides guidance to executors and estate trustees on their duties and obligations, and helps them navigate the administration of an estate throughout the probate process.

Her practice also includes supporting clients with their family law disputes. Lauren routinely assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of domestic contracts, such as marriage contracts and separation agreements.

Lauren also regularly advises corporations on general corporate matters, corporate reorganizations and other commercial transactions.
