With more than 25 years of experience, Kristy is the Canadian Managing Partner for Audit and is a member of the Management Committee for KPMG in Canada. She is well known for her insights and guidance on complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, business combinations and asset impairment. Kristy also leads the firm's National Audit Leadership Team, which deals with quality, risk and operational issues across Canada.

Kristy previously served as KPMG in Canada’s Chief Human Resource Officer from 2011 to 2015.  Kristy also spent three years in KPMG in Canada’s Department of Professional Practice.

She was named one of Canada's Most Powerful Women in 2015. Kristy is a contributor to KPMG's Future Thought: The Audit is Changing and Audit Trends reports as well as several Audit Point of View articles.
