Joseph is a management-side employment and labour lawyer representing companies and organizations across various industries. His practice focuses on litigation related to occupational health and safety issues, wrongful termination, human rights issues, and labour relations issues - including unfair labour practice complaints, responses to interim orders, certification applications, and union grievances.  

Joseph has appeared at several levels of court in Ontario, including the appellate level at the Superior Court of Justice. Joseph has also appeared in front of various tribunals including the Ontario Labour Relations Board (“OLRB”) and Workplace Safety Insurance and Appeals Tribunal (“WSIAT”). 

Joseph graduated from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University in 2021 where he was a member of Pro Bono Students Canada. Joseph also earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in 2017, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
