Enzo is a Partner in KPMG in Canada’s Forensic and Dispute Advisory practice based in Toronto. He also serves as Senior Vice President in KPMG Forensic Inc. He originally joined KPMG in 1996 and worked in the Audit and Assurance practices in KPMG in Canada's Toronto office and KPMG in Bermuda.
Enzo has spent over 15 years specializing in the evaluation of commercial damages claims, large complex class action matters, claims against directors and officers, professional liability claims, business and securities valuations forensic accounting investigations, and regulatory investigations. He has qualified as an expert and has given evidence on financial investigations, business valuation issues, damage quantification and other financial issues. Specifically, Enzo has prepared materials and assisted with the submission of evidence in matters in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Québec National and International Commercial Arbitration Centre, the Arbitration Act and the Bermuda International Conciliation and Arbitration Act.
In 2016, Enzo was named as one of Canada’s leading expert witnesses by Who’s Who Legal in the area of Investigations, Forensic Accounting and Asset Recovery. Enzo also sits on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the ADR Institute of Ontario (“ADRIO”) and the Arbitration and Mediation Institute Foundation (“AMIF”).
