Shawn is a Partner and the leader of our KPMG Private Enterprise Tax practice in Northern Ontario. Shawn has a wealth of experience and specializes in providing Canadian tax and business advice to private companies and their families, bringing value-added tax solutions to his clients to help them achieve both their business and personal goals. He has extensive experience with tax planning as it relates to acquisitions, divestitures, remuneration planning, estate planning, corporate reorganizations and various tax-minimization strategies. Shawn adds this to his strong tax compliance, advisory and accounting background for corporations, individuals, partnerships, estates and trusts.
