Sébastien Benarroch

Sébastien Benarroch is a partner in the Management Consulting, Operations - Financial Services Solutions group. He has a dual competence in accounting and technology, as well as extensive experience in the financial and banking services industry. With more than 15 years of experience with many leading financial institutions, he has been able to prepare and adapt their activities to market changes shaped by the evolution of digital technologies, dynamic consumer preferences and changing regulations.

Sébastien has participated in projects as a management advisor and integration lead, carrying out large-scale technological transformations and integration, the deployment of banking automation and the design of business and IT processes to better inform management decisions and improve the consumer experience. As a permanent member of ad hoc committees, he acts as a special trade advisor on the use of technology in post-fusion integration, operations, IT strategy, platform revisions and organizational design. His functional experience, which allows him to combine business requirements with technological solutions, is widely recognized in the banking sector and thus fills a critical gap in this market.
