Pascal Bélanger

Pascal is a Partner in Technology Risk Services at KPMG in Canada and also the Quebec Business Enablement Geographic Leader. Based in Montreal, he has over 17 years of professional experience. Pascal specializes in the provision of IT risk management services, with a variety of expertise including internal and external audits, compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR),  System and Organization Controls reports (SOC 1, SOC 2/3) and internal IT controls.

His clientele includes many large and small Canadian organizations, mainly in the financial, banking, rail, manufacturing, energy, telecommunications and retail sectors as well as public agencies (governments and crown corporations).
