Mathieu Bouchard is Executive Director, Lead, Impact Strategy - Industrial & Commercial Innovation. Mathieu has over 20 years of advisory and management experience. As a former Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada, Mathieu managed a number of innovative industrial policy files, and as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Canadian Heritage, he worked on an update to the country's digital policy.
