Lauren specializes in buy-side and sell-side due diligence services to strategic and private equity clients.
Lauren has over 15 years of professional services experience working in both Canada and UK, including eight years of European M&A advisory experience with our KPMG M&A practice in London, advising clients on the buy-side and sell-side of cross-border transactions, as well as assisting some of the largest global private equity firms.
Lauren also spent five years in corporate development roles for two public companies. Drawing on her corporate development background and extensive deal experience, Lauren’s hands-on approach enables her to support clients by maximizing deal value and providing end-to-end deal support, including SPA negotiation. She regularly advises clients and their legal advisors during the due diligence process regarding the financial clauses and price adjustment mechanisms that are typically included in private sale and purchase agreements (SPAs).
