George is a Partner in KPMG’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice and has over 13 years of experience helping debtors, lenders, and other stakeholders navigate distressed situations.

George helps his clients by providing a wide range of services, including independent business reviews, viability assessments, cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, stakeholder management, corporate restructuring, balance sheet restructuring and refinancing, and distressed M&A transactions.  He prepares his clients for various formal insolvency proceedings including Bankruptcies and Receiverships under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA), and filings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA).

George’s experience includes spans many industries, including financial institutions, insurance, automotive, real estate, retail, and cannabis.
