Jennifer Alward

Jennifer Alward is a tax partner in KPMG in Canada's Private Enterprise Tax Practice based in Halifax. She has over 13 years of professional taxation experience relating to individuals and Canadian public and private entities in a variety of industries. Jennifer has extensive experience in the full suite of taxation services KPMG offers in relation to corporate and personal tax planning.

Over her career, Jennifer has been involved in the audit of the income tax section on several private clients. As part of this, she reviews the income tax provision recorded by the entity, including an analysis of any future income taxes recorded, and helps with disclosure requirements for the financial statements.
