Stu Wechsler is a partner within the Consulting Practice and he leads financial due diligence reviews for private companies and investment funds that are looking for transaction opportunities.
Stu began his career at KPMG in 2008 in Audit for 4 years before joining the Transaction Services team. He has in mergers and acquisitions, both with commercial clients and financial investors. He has been involved in more than 100 transactions in areas as diverse as manufacturing, telecommunications, payment processing, information technology and distribution.
