Jordan specializes in financial transactions transfer pricing, covering related party loans, guarantees, and derivatives. Jordan also has extensive generalist transfer pricing experience, including transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing policy planning, dispute resolution, cost sharing arrangements, country-by-country reporting, advance pricing arrangements, and competent authority submissions.
Jordan has an industry focus serving clients in the financial services space, including pension funds, banks, insurers, asset managers, and others. Outside of financial services, Jordan serves a wide range of clients in industries including software, real estate, consumer goods, and others.
