With over 15 years of experience, Vadim is a Partner at KPMG in Canada’s Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Technology, Media & Telecommunications tax practice.
Vadim provides strategic tax advisory services to technology-based clients of all sizes, from small owner-managed entities to large public companies, both domestic and international. He has a broad depth of knowledge and brings astute insights and pragmatic solutions to situations involving cross-border structures, mergers and acquisitions, SR&ED, internal reorganizations, and corporate compliance.
Vadim also works with entrepreneurial associations and has extensive experience working with start-up companies assisting them with the entire business life-cycle - from maximizing government assistance to divestiture planning and exits. Vadim also has a deep understanding in tax accounting matters under IFRS, U.S. GAAP and ASPE.
