Martin Royer is a tax partner at KPMG in Canada, at our Montreal office. He has extensive Canadian corporate tax experience.
As part of his practice, Martin is called upon to provide tax advice in the area of mergers and acquisitions and Canadian and international corporate reorganizations to public and private companies in various industries. His experience also includes tax due diligence and the development of compensation strategies for corporate executives.
