He has over 15 years of experience in the audit, tax, and advisory services for small to medium-size businesses in various industries, including transportation, automotive, manufacturing, real-estate, building and construction. During his career, he was involved in many tax planning at the corporate, individual and estate levels. He has also led multiple M&A transactions for private entities, buy side and sell side. Jean-Paul is entrusted by his clients to assist in meeting year end and reporting requirements as well as satisfying a broad range of needs.
