Hélène has also been involved in audits at numerous companies that have implemented audit committees and boards of directors to ensure good governance. She has extensive experience managing mandates that require the involvement of diversified teams of specialists, as well as in supervising all aspects of an audit engagements, including planning, completing the work within agreed deadlines, reviewing financial statements and presenting our findings.
