Nicholas is a Director in KPMG’s Management Consulting practice with over 12 years’ experience providing assurance, financial and operational consulting services to telecommunication and technology clients in Canada and Australia. He specializes in the setup, implementation, and improvement of business processes, enabling technology driven change, business valuation, data and analytics, and cost optimization. His global Telecom experience includes working on the financial implementation of multi-billion commercial arrangements between Australian Telecoms, senior roles on a multi-year data driven transformation program, and a leadership role in an Australian Telcom’s finance operations function.
