Lara Malewski is a Senior Associate with KPMG Law. Lara’s practice is focused on corporate and commercial law. She has extensive experience managing small to mid-market mergers and acquisitions and advising on the organization of businesses. Her skills include advising and negotiating commercial transactions, reviewing, revising, and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements, including shareholder and partnership agreements, acquisition agreements and leases.
Further, she has experience with a wide range of strategic transactions, including corporate reorganizations and corporate and real-estate financings and collaborates closely with team members in implementing complex tax transactions. In the scope of her practice, Lara has worked across multiple jurisdictions, both on a Canadian and international level.
