Julie brings over two decades of experience across investment banking, private equity, family office investing, and entrepreneurship, advising boards, executives, founders, and investors on growth, governance, capital, and complex transactions across industries.
Julie began her career on Wall Street in New York, focused on mergers and acquisitions, before moving into private equity investing. In these roles, she structured and executed transactions ranging from leveraged buyouts and private financings to large-scale public–private partnerships. Across her private equity and family office roles, she has served as a director on portfolio company boards. As a founder and operator, Julie has held multiple C-suite leadership roles in early-stage companies, leading and building businesses from launch through periods of growth, transformation, and strategic transition. Having both raised and invested capital throughout her career, Julie combines investor discipline, board experience, strategy, and operating leadership. She brings a practical, multidisciplinary perspective to the decisions boards face — from strategy, capital allocation and M&A to value creation, innovation and navigating periods of transformation and restructuring.
Much of Julie’s career has been cross-border across North America, spanning early-stage ventures through Fortune 500 companies, both public and private, across technology, financial services, consumer and retail, healthcare, wellness, and longevity.
