Ilario is a Partner in the Consumer and Industrial Markets practice with over 13 years of experience and has led numerous audits and advisory projects on public and private companies within the professional services, logistics, retail and automotive sectors. Ilario has worked with companies who have grown through acquisitions, implemented new processes and IT conversions, and played a key role helping clients with complex accounting issues and conversions. Ilario has experience in serving clients that apply US GAAP, IFRS and ASPE as their financial reporting framework with audit work being conducted under US Auditing Standards and Canadian Auditing Standards.
