He has over 10 years of experience assisting owners with designing and implementing the optimal tax strategy for the sale of their business. David’s focuses on achieving long term outcomes for his clients including post-closing investing and navigating tax authority audits. David has been involved in over 100 sell side engagements including middle market private companies and large private enterprises with values between $500 million to $2 billion. He also advises clients on acquisitions of private Canadian companies and leverages his vendor side experience to streamline the structuring and diligence process. David is actively involved in his community and volunteers at his local church.
