Catherine Morfopos is a partner in our Audit practice with over 20 years of experience. She has developed expertise auditing Canadian and U.S. public companies and as well private Canadian entities. As a result, she has acquired extensive knowledge of IFRS, ASPE, U.S. GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC matters and has worked on numerous public offerings with Canadian and U.S. regulators.
Catherine specializes in transportation, shipping and airport operations. She also serves clients in a wide range of other industries, including pharmaceutics, technology and retail. Catherine is a member of the Canadian Technical Topic Team on leases and will be delivering training on the new lease standard (IFRS and U.S. GAAP).
