His area of specialization is real estate, advising various prominent local and inbound developers, as well as public, private, widely-held and institutional real estate investment entities.
Henry has been involved with complex transactions and reorganizations, while being a leading resource on real estate related legislative updates, including the foreign-buyers tax and BC Speculation and Vacancy Tax. With more than 15 years of experience, Henry has been a speaker at various conferences and seminars, including with the Canadian Tax Foundation and CPABC.
