Prior to joining KPMG, he founded LlamaZOO Interactive and served as its CEO for over a decade, building a leading spatial business intelligence platform that delivered measurable ROI to clients in mining, manufacturing, forestry, and natural resources. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles contributing to major product launches and shaping interactive experiences at a global scale.
Charles is a patent inventor in spatial technologies, with over ten years of applied scientific R&D, including work with government, academic, and innovation organizations across Canada. He has contributed to the advancement of XR and digital twin ecosystems through professional associations, as well as through his work as a lecturer and collaborator with universities nationwide.
