Jeremie has gained significant transaction-related audit and accounting advisory experience including addressing the accounting issues that arise with acquisitions, dispositions, IPOs, and financing transactions. Jeremie has provided IFRS and US GAAP conversion advice and implementation assistance to numerous clients.
