Ylang Ha is a Partner in the corporate tax group in Montreal, with more than 19 years of experience in corporate tax, with a focus on tax due diligence, tax M&A, complex financing, structural optimization strategies, and advice on executive compensation. Ylang joined the corporate tax group at KPMG in 2012 where she is principally involved in advising clients in respect to tax matters on M&A transactions, both private and public deals, domestic and cross-border. Through those years, she has led hundreds of tax due diligence projects for many clients in various industries.
