Sean Heywood is a Partner in KPMG Canada's Corporate Tax Group in Calgary. With over twenty years of experience, he has provided tax services to a wide array of publicly traded and private companies primarily in the energy and natural resources industry. Sean has considerable experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, reorganization and financing transactions and has extensive knowledge of tax compliance and accounting matters.
