Ivy is a partner in our Corporate Tax group and provides Canadian Corporate Tax services to a variety of private and public clients. Ivy has over 15 years of experience with the preparation/review of corporate income tax returns, preparation/review of tax provisions under ASPE/IFRS/US GAAP, corresponding with tax authorities to negotiate and settle tax disputes, and more.
Ivy also brings experience with numerous tax accounting and tax control issues and has dealt with a variety of international tax matters. In addition to tax compliance services, Ivy also has experience in the areas of international tax planning, financing and structuring of investments in to and outside of Canada from her time with KPMG’s International Tax group.
Ivy currently provides Canadian corporate tax services to large and medium-sized domestic and multinational companies in consumer products, manufacturing and retail industries.
