Geoff is a Partner in the Tax Practice of KPMG's Vernon office. He serves a wide range of clients including manufacturing, retailing, insurance and transportation. Geoff works with a variety of clients, from proprietorships and owner-managed businesses to large private corporations to assist them with tax reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”), tax compliance, estate planning and strategic business solutions.
