Alain Gagnon joined KPMG as a Partner within Management Advisory for the Quebec region. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale technology transformations, supporting organizations from strategy through execution.
Throughout his career, Alain has led complex programs involving ERP and CRM modernization, cloud-based data platform implementations, and the deployment of generative AI solutions, including Copilot and enterprise use cases. He is recognized for his ability to align technology decisions with business priorities and to deliver scalable, sustainable transformations.
At KPMG, Alain’s mandate is to support the growth of the Enterprise Solutions practice in Quebec and to amplify the impact of transformations enabled by the Microsoft ecosystem. He relies on structured approaches to governance, architecture, and delivery to create measurable business value from roadmap definition to the industrialization of digital capabilities.

Alain holds an MBA (with distinction) from McGill University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from HEC Montréal, and has completed executive certificates in leadership and decision-making at MIT.
