Justin Fong is a Partner in the Risk Services group with over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, operations, and transformation. He has worked with hundreds of organizations around the world to help them rapidly understand and manage complex cyber risks across both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Justin brings a combination of strategic advisory experience, hands-on technical depth, and operational leadership. He has supported clients across through the full cybersecurity capability stack, from assessing risk and defining strategy, to implementing end to end transformation programs, deploying enabling technologies, remediating high-priority issues, and improving day-to-day security operations. His approach is practical and outcome-focused: helping clients rapidly make meaningful progress, strengthening resilience, and support the business objectives that matter most.

With over two decades of experience in utilities, oil and gas, transportation, and logistics, Justin understands the realities of securing critical and operational environments. He partners closely with all his client stakeholders to build cybersecurity programs that are not only effective, but sustainable, aligned to business priorities, and designed to improve resilience in the face of evolving threats.
