He has extensive experience in servicing listed companies across multiple jurisdictions and locations in Canada and the United States, as well as private companies in the growth stage of their life cycle that are preparing for an eventual sale or IPO. He has also gained solid experience in US SEC practices and standards through numerous registration statements filed in the US. Well acquainted with coordinating audits across multiple jurisdictions and locations, Aaron is equally comfortable advising and auditing Canadian and US private companies.
