With over 25 years of experience, Eugene is an Executive Director at KPMG in Canada’s Greater Toronto Area (GTA) M&A Tax practice. He has extensive experience in providing Canadian tax advice for mergers and acquisitions and complex corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining KPMG, Eugene worked at other national law and accounting firms where he developed deep knowledge and experience in all tax-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financing, and cross-border structures. Eugene has provided advice for transactions involving public and private corporations, private equity clients, and multi-nationals, and for domestic, inbound and outbound transactions.
