Tiaan’s focus is to coordinate and manage due diligence projects of all sizes and advise clients on unlocking maximum value and resolving deal issues.
Prior to his time with KPMG, Tiaan was a Partner in a global top five accounting firm, additionally, Tiaan led the Transactional Risk group of pan-Canadian insurance brokerage. Tiaan has extensive experience in the insurance industry and has advised some of Canada’s largest insurance brokerage consolidators. Additionally, Tiaan has advised private equity firms on their acquisition of companies in the various industries including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare and transportation.
