Irene is a Partner with KPMG in Canada’s Technology Risk Consulting practice. Irene leads some of KPMG in Canada’s large and complex audit clients as well as the Service Organization Controls (SOC) Reporting on matters related to risks and controls assessments or controls attestation in the financial services, asset servicing, asset management, real estate, technology, and telecommunications sectors. She has managed over 100 Service Organization Controls (SOC) Reporting engagements in the past decade.
