As a global pandemic reshaped the way we work, many businesses had to quickly deploy creative solutions to enable their workforce to work from home.
Almost 90 percent of organisations have encouraged or required employees to work from home, and nearly all organisations (97 percent) have cancelled work-related travel. The demand to enable remote workers, at scale, is increasing exponentially and no industry or sector is immune.
As we collectively emerge back into our public spaces and workplaces, a new normal will evolve. A normal where our work and home lives will be more blended than ever before, where work is an output and not a place we go, and where flexibility of working arrangements will be talent magnets as our collective workforce reshapes around the new reality.
