Stella has more than 10 years of experience in the field of domestic and international taxation specializing in the area of tax compliance, direct tax advisory, corporate tax compliance reviews, tax analysis, application of local corporate tax legislation, tax planning, double tax treaties application, withholding tax, review of the tax standing. She leads large direct tax compliance engagements for clients in diversified industries such as energy and natural resources, software and business services, and pharmaceuticals. Stella has been involved in extensive and detailed analyses of challenging tax issues for both international and Bulgarian clients. She also has significant background in tax accounting projects under both IFRS and US GAAP.
