Emil joined KPMG in 2008 and has over 16 years of legal experience. Emil leads the employment and litigation practices of KPMG. He is an attorney-at-law with a broad experience in Тax, Labour and Commercial litigation cases, successfully represented clients before the Court of Justice of the European Union and before the Bulgarian courts. He is heavily focused on HR / employment advisory services, collective redundancy procedures, HR restructuring projects, representation before trade unions, employees’ representatives and labour authorities. Emil is also responsible for management of major brownfield and greenfield investment projects providing legal advisory services related to issuance of investment certificates, land plot acquisitions and construction of production facilities of foreign investors.
