The first topic that we focused on was the dual-write integration, which is an integration method between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations apps and Dataverse.

In the video below we are starting with a general introduction of the dual write functionality, why we should use it and when we should use it. We are also discussing what to keep in mind when using it.

After that we dig a bit more into the implications for Customer Engagement and give you a demo of the integration of data entities using dual write.
Finally we present the licensing requirements from the point of view of CE and the point of view from F&O.
