I have more than 15 years of experience in Indirect Tax and specialize in VAT, focusing on M&A, Real Estate, Industrial Markets & International Trade. As a member of the M&A-team, I've been involved as an Indirect Tax specialist in multiple due diligence projects. Besides the tax due diligence work, this also includes post-deal structuring and SPA assistance. I'm also a member of the KPMG Real Estate and Infrastructure practice and have built a broad practical experience with real estate and infrastructure projects and with computation of VAT deduction ratios.
