      6 days before the deadline to transpose the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the Belgian federal government requested a 6‑month extension to implement the Directive without penalties. Uncertainty remains for many organizations. This will raise not only the question “what now?”, but also several related questions:
      • What is the current status of implementation in the different EU Member States?
      • What does this mean in practice for my organization?
      • How should I prioritize and where should I focus now or start?
      • How far along are other companies?
