      As a Director in People Advisory, HR has been the common thread throughout my career. My expertise spans workforce transformation, including workforce planning, upskilling, reskilling, and workforce analytics. I also have experience in HR strategy development, reward and recognition frameworks, and HR optimization, including operating model design and HR technology. In addition, I specialize in strategic change and stakeholder management, as well as program and project management (PRINCE2 and SAFe certified). With a PhD in HR, I am also a guest professor at Ghent University, Faculty of Economics & Business Administration.
