KPMG Azerbaijan recently conducted a two-day interactive workshop for ABB employees focused on strengthening end-to-end process management practices within the banking environment.

The program addressed key topics including the case for process management in banking, distinguishing functions from end-to-end processes, introduction to the APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF), and identification of critical processes based on impact, risk exposure, regulatory sensitivity, and cross-functionality.

Through practical group case studies and structured discussions, participants analyzed APQC-aligned processes, assessed criticality dimensions, and clarified process ownership considerations.

The second day was dedicated to team presentations, consolidation of insights, and defining practical next steps to further enhance process governance within the Bank.

KPMG Azerbaijan remains committed to partnering with leading financial institutions in driving structured process transformation, strengthening governance foundations, and embedding sustainable operational excellence aligned with international best practices.
