KPMG Azerbaijan has delivered a dedicated training session on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for the companies under the strategic management of PASHA Management Company. The session was conducted by Alena Dyussembayeva and Karina Imazhanova as part of the ongoing collaboration with the Group.
The training followed the completion of a comprehensive risk management project, within which the KPMG Azerbaijan team developed a set of methodological risk management documents forming an integrated enterprise-wide ERM framework, aligned with international best practices and tailored to the Group’s business specifics.
The session focused on practical aspects of ERM implementation, including governance roles and responsibilities, key system components, and the integration of risk management into decision-making and operational processes.
This engagement highlights KPMG Azerbaijan’s role in supporting organizations in strengthening risk governance frameworks and enhancing the maturity of enterprise risk management practices.
