Asim has joined KPMG in Azerbaijan in January 2018. Prior to joining the company, he has worked as in-house lawyer at one of the biggest banks in Azerbaijan. Asim has 10 years of professional experience, specializing on provision of legal advice on issues related to corporate law, contract law, labor law, and other legal issues related to doing business in Azerbaijan. He also has wide practice in legal due diligence projects, public-private partnerships, and regulatory compliance advisory on anti-money laundering (AML) issues.
