To be eligible for a chance at winning a prize, respondents must respondents must fully complete the online ‘Kennards Hire Customer Satisfaction Survey’ using their unique link provided in the SMS from Kennards and comply with instructions given. All eligible surveys will be placed in the draw. Entries must be received during the promotion period. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
4. Directors, officers, management, partners and employees of Kennards Group, the promoter, its affiliates and its associated entities are ineligible to enter the promotion.
5. There is a limit of one entry per person.
Prize
6. The first eligible entry drawn will receive a Visa gift certificate prize valued at AU$1,000.
7. The prize must be taken as stated and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for other goods or services.
Draw and advising winners
8. The prize winners will be randomly drawn manually at Heritage Lanes, Level 11, 80 Ann Street, Brisbane, Queensland, 4000 at 12 noon on 6 April 2026. The winners will be advised by email or phone by 7 April 2026 and will be provided with details regarding the delivery of their prize. 9. The promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy the promotion’s Terms and Conditions or in the event of a prize not being claimed. Should a redraw be necessary, it will take place at 12 noon on 14 April 2026 at the same location as the original draw.
