      Facebook Payment Program for Cambridge Analytica

      Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook, Inc.) has entered into an Enforceable Undertaking with the Australian Information Commissioner to establish a Payment Program to settle a dispute about the Cambridge Analytica incident.      

      Facebook Users located in Australia for 30 days or more during the period from 2 November 2013 to 17 December 2015 (inclusive) may be eligible to participate in the Payment Program.   

      Meta Platforms, Inc. has appointed KPMG Australia as the independent administrator of the Payment Program.

      Registration for the Payment Program is now open until 31 December 2025.
