Background information
Brendan Richards and James Stewart were appointed Voluntary Administrators of the Soar Aviation Group on 29 December 2020.
Brendan Richards resigned as liquidator on 8 June 2023.
On 11 January 2021, the first creditors meeting was held whereby the appointment of the administrators was ratified and no committee of inspection was created.
The second creditors meeting will be held on or around 11 February 2021, notification of the meeting will be provided to creditors on or around 4 February 2021 and will be enclosed in the Voluntary Administrators report. A copy of this report will be uploaded to the website.
